As a founding member, Aja ensured that the label met all required project deadlines established by WMR. She oversaw negotiating contracting and budgeting requirements for Wolf Moon Records, working closely with full-time attorneys.
This involved coordinating communications among label departments to handle the recording, distribution, and marketing of singles for student artists. She managed communications between the marketing team, artist management, project management teams and A&R.
Additionally, She managed correspondence with vendors, addressing concerns, processing payments, sending contracts, and collecting W-9 forms as needed. She established timelines for song releases and orchestrated marketing campaigns to maximize impact and visibility.

Aja authored various deliverables such as press releases, newsletters and social media posts. She administered both agency and client social media accounts and websites, ensuring a cohesive and engaging online presence.
She coordinated timelines and internal project management systems to enable streamlined workflows and efficient execution of tasks. She regularly calculated viable PR opportunities for clients, proposing creative strategies to help them achieve their organizational goals.
She collaborated with project leaders to conceptualize campaign messages and played a key role in redesigning websites and social media channels to align with our strategic objectives.

Aja organized live events such as local concerts and release parties, where she coordinated with artists and our legal team to handle contracts, license agreements and royalty split agreements.
Additionally, she customized social media content for artists and clients signed to Structure Music Group, ensuring a tailored online presence.
In response to COVID-19, she developed safety protocols and set lists for video shoots. She also played a role in recruiting student ambassadors for Structure Music Live events, enhancing our outreach and engagement efforts.

Overall, Aja’s duties encompassed strategic planning, creative execution, logistical coordination, audience interaction and regulatory compliance to deliver memorable and successful events. She organized live events by coordinating with artists and vendors, selecting venues, arranging logistics and managing promotions.
Additionally, she organized release parties for independent artists and an artist signed to Raedio record label. She managed campus outreach programs, oversaw logistical aspects, enhanced audience engagement and ensured compliance with legal requirements and safety regulations.
